What To Expect When You Arrive
If you are a guest to Berea, there will be parking in the front row of the church. If that parking is full, you can turn right just past the church onto Dillingham Circle , and find more parking just behind the church. You will want to enter the door just under the steeple.
What to Wear
You will see a unique blend of stlyes. Some folks like to wear their "Sunday best," others wear casual clothes, but suit and ties are not necessary. Dress comfortably. Don't be concerned about what you wear--just come prepared to have a wonderful time of worship and fellowship!
What Is The Service Like
The first part of our worship is prayer and special music. You will enjoy a variety of music; from Praise & Worship, to Hymns, to Southern Gospel. Our
Worship Leader will instruct us when we will participate as a congregation. The next part of our worship is Bible study and preaching by our pastor.
Every Wednesday we have activities and Bible study for children of all ages. The third Wednesday evening is our Missions emphasis. We start at 6:00 PM with a covered dish meal in our fellowship hall. Then men and women go to their respective groups for mission studies and projects.
Choir Practice - Every Sunday evening after worship services.
Please come and join us. Your voice lifted in worship and praise to God is welcomed.Third Wednesday of each month - Christian Roundup- begins at 5:30 PM This is a great time of food, fun, and games for the youth and children of Berea Baptist Church. The youth and children are encouraged to bring a child who is not in the Kingdom of God so that they may hear the Gospel. Here they will learn about Jesus Christ as the one and only Son of God who died on the cross for the sins of humans who accept him as our Savior by faith and that on the third day he rose from the grave to confirm our salvation. This salvation can not be achieved by any of our human works, it is an act of grace from God. Welcome to all who come.
